He uses the same set up Steve has, but I think he has three 044s (Jim can confirm).

no harveys car has a grp a fuel/tank its got a well in the tank that sits down through the boot floor, he then has 2 x 044 pumps that draw fuel from the bottom of the well that then feeds both ends of his fuel rail.. he does not use a swirl pot ..

        thanks steven

a 044 is a bit much for a swirl pot feed isnt it, i use a standard 2wd pump, then 2x 10bar uprated 044 pumps to each end of the fuel rail in -6 with then -10 from fuel reg to swirl pot, think im going to add a fuel cooler aswell

            why - 10 back wenny?

wenny if i ran a 044 feeding the swirl pot its still going to be ok, as its got a return back to the tank for a over spill?

how many lts does your swirl pot hold??

domanic has said to me lots of times that its nothing to do with my fuel system that its down to the fuel being crap. he said if any thing the 2wd pump i use is over kill for a feed pump for the swirl pot.

            thanks steven

im using -10 to help with the cooling as that much pressure and get as much back to pot as poss with the 2 10bar pumps will create heat, i run a 2ltr pro alloy swirl pot

on my old green car harvey had - 6 return, so i used -6 return on my new car.
is std 044s not good enough to supply the fuel,

                i think andy g said he used 10bar 044s , from tweeks 500 each

                thanks steven

Nothing wrong with normal 044s nor I'd there with -6 feeds and returns, we have no problem at all on track with fuel

i would strongly recommend fitting a large returns from the swirl pot to the fuel tank, eg 2 -10s or something, as when your in traffic the swirl pot will be over filling bad and not retuning to the tank quick enough so it will start forcing the fuel through the pumps but with out flow, this is what mine does and the pump sounds horirble when it happens... i dont reacon my pump will last long because of this
