I am very pleased today to have got my Escort RS Cosworth owner's handbook signed by Frank Stephenson the guy who designed the Escort RS Cosworth . He is now working on the new McLaren road car's.

Yeah Ben I see him now and then at work and asked him to sign it about a year ago. He always said he would and when i finally took it in he did. I know it isn't on wikipedia for some reason but it is on this website http://www.dexigner.com/news/22335 I have had good long chat's with him about the Escort RS Cosworth and has told me about all the idea's he had that never came to light.

Not sure about that one Ben mate. I will put it to him next time I see him. He did tell me that he wanted to make the car with three rear spoilers but Ford didn't want it and went with the two.

this is somewhat interesting,the bloke who designed the car wanted 3 spoilers and ford did in germany have available 3 spoilers,i would really love to know if the Wolf spoiler was designed by yer man

To answer you question Ben he just said Yes with a nice big smile. Cozzfather when i see him again i will ask him if the Wolf spoiler was designed by him or if he had another idea in mind.
