4x4 propshaft donut look inside help

how much are they from ford & are they easy to get ! we have had a bit of a nightmare finding one & i remembered when andrew was building his carbon focus
we cross matched one from a X5 3.0 sport i had totally forgot about this untill my other mate bought charlies old focus cossie & needed one so i looked through my work computer for selling history to AG motorsport found it & checked the availabiity.

So the bmw part number is 26 11 1 229 360 its £82.20 inc vat

Dont know if its any use to anyone but bmw stock them & they are available next day.

Im not out to sell these before anyone asks just giving ppl a heads up that they arent that hard to get a hold of if need be.

Been told that the later escort cossies ones are still available but the saph ones arent think the escrt ones are thinner ! i have ordered one for my mate i will take measurments 2 moro & post them ! ive a feeling the X5 one is a bit more heavy duty hence how andrew wanted it so might be better for all you big bhp cars

the saf ones are huge compared to the escos ones, ill get some pics of the difference later when i get home

escos ones are still available, but wont work on a saf gearbox unless you have the escos output shaft which is longer than the saf, this is for the bearing in the middle to sit in and when fitted to saf it vibrates the box and prop due to not being held in the middle

Richy yes mate i know andrew gets the props matched to the rear of the box for the focus cossies! means getting a little spacer machined if they dont match.
