I haven't heard of Fixit failures before, but Bara seem to have problems after very small mileage

I would go Pete Doughty's new box or the Opplinger one if I was still 4x4

Fixits do fail so it looks like 50/50 at mo. Must be luck or how much stick you give them but asDave drives like a pussy he could prob go back to standardLol

Fixit is a good box mike had his with way over 500bhp for some time

Bar a box is also good
Pete doubty box seems good is super noisy can tell its got some rather large straight cut gears in them!!

Mike tried to talk Bara into making their kit close ratio........ but they wouldn't do it and for that reason i would say Bara is now behind the times from the point of view of buying a new kit

Fixit will be better on the car due to having the correct ratio's but if you have a breakage it's not like you can just pop over to Sweden for a new cog ........... and by all accounts they ain't too quick on sending out spares for repairs

If you've got a Bara and your happy with it and it's been good to you then maybe better the devil you know

If you can afford to buy the Fixit and hang onto the Bara as a back up incase the Fixit is out of use for a bit with a problem then that would be perfect
