cam timing

Im looking to fit a standard exhaust camshaft next week inplace of a BD10, the car has vernier pulleys dialled in for these.
My question from looking at the specs the standard cam should be 112 deg and the bd10 110' so if i dont mess with the pulleys would put the ex cam 2degrees out ,would this be ok untill i can get it in somewhere to get the cams re checked and dialled in.

I would put it straight up, as from the factory to have the best performance.

Im sure i have a standard pulley lying around so could use that to properly reset the vernier to standard.
