HELP needed guys need to trace the last owner of L13 RSC? in the Cumbria area?

looking to try and find the owner of the ecos i have now i heard he was from Cumbria anyone on here ere seen this ecos about, reason i want to know has there anything been done to the engine as there's a T4 on it.. before i start changing the turbo and chip as im not sure of the chip either! any help be great lads, cheers hugh
