  • Flaming Escos at Brands :(

This is one of the members from our local group, it happened at Brands the weekend on a track day

He is ok but the car is a mess. Sounds electrical as he had problem with tripping breakers, switched back on fired up engine then burst into flames. Fuel supply to fuel rail popped off and caused the large flames.

                              Thank God he is OK
Did he have any kind of plumbed in fire suppression/extinguisher.
I know the modern stuff just ain't as good as BCF, but would be interested to know if he had triggered the extinguisher or not.
