Been to SCS today - very happy!

Well after fitting the various bits I'd been collecting over the last year and being unable to get the car to run properly, took it up to see Harvey today. Think it gave him a few headaches as it took a little while for him to get it set up properly - but end result is it's now boosting 1.8 bar - so hopefully round about 370bhp. It's running light blues.

Seeing as on the journey up there I had almost no acceleration (as soon as the boost gauge tried to go above zero it just cut out), the journey home was a lot of fun. Oh yes, this is how the cossie should always have driven . Compared to the Stage 1 it's been running for the 2 years since I bought it, it's now got proper acceleration.

Yeah - that's why I drove 2.5 hours to get there and use them. There's others a lot nearer but never heard a bad word about SCS and they can map the P8. Definitely another happy customer . Whether my (standard) gearbox remains happy is another matter - but got a spare one tucked away in the garage for when I break it!

dave what is the spec of your car mate, to get the 370bhp??

is it a stage 3 but with light blues?? t34 etc etc
