Has anyone got a 60mm airtec cooler?

i'm having a nightmare with a boost hose on the inlet side going to a 4x4 manifold has anyone else had this problem? I think its because it 60mm cooler it comes with a fiting bracket which move the rad but intail drops the cooler and 1'' or so as the braket fits to the chassis first.

currently trying to sort this out with roose motorsport,

Where did you buy it from, as you should have specified it was for an Escort Cosworth, as these have a different angled inlet compared to the Sierra fitments....

forgot to say it is a escort cosworth cooler the only way ive been driving is to use a small turbo hose as it has a s bend shape to it.. but ive put a old hose as a sleeve onto the inlet and then the 76mm fits tight round that but it holds about 1.5 but 2bar blows it off just trying to find out if anyone has the same set up.

I don't understand what you mean, as the Escort should not have a 76mm inlet?

mine got a saph 4x4 plenum which is a 63mm throttle body which tilts slightly up at an angle as where my intercooler pipes are straight but they sit about 25mm lower than the plenum and slightly over to the right its a nightmare.

I have got an Airtec intercooler on my EsCos. Sounds odd, because I had no problems fitting it...
Have you sorted it out already?

yes thanks mate i sent my hose to roose sport to look at and he cut me a 4x4 saph one to fit, when i ordered one in the past from him it didnt look like it wanted to fit so i let him cut it so i didn't lose my refund!!lol

i have a 60mm radtec and roose hoses , the hose fitted fine on the inlet.......
