Track day insurance

Hi all,
Have any of you got trackday insurance? How does it work, do you pay for the day or can you pay for a years with X amount of days a year.

Does your road insurance make a difference, ive been on our work traders policy for years so ive personaly no noclaims.

Does it just insure the car, or just others cars (like a 3rd party) and yourself??

Any ifo would be great.

I have a sports car policy where I get 5 free trackdays, I just ring them up and tell them and I'm covered. The excess goes up by £1000 though.

I have a policy through CCI for my CSL and get 5 UK and 2 european days inc.
It covers MY CAR ONLY for damage.
As above i just inform them what day / track im off to visit and they cover me for track on that day.
