  • - Big thanks to dave pritchard(dp motorsport-the magician)

Took my car down to Dave today for a cambelt kit and other belts, major service, oils in diffs,g/box and t/box,engine deblinging and lots of other bits and bobs.Dave also fixed the stalling problem I had which related to the original dump valve and supplied some original parts for my deblinging fettish..lol.
Nomad rear lights also replaced for some nice original Ford items-see pic 4.
I would just like to say cheers Dave,a top job as per usual,I had a good day and lots of work was carried out on my car so i was happy.I would also like to thank Laura for the excellent supply of hot and cold drinks during the day as it was so hot today, top service as always.

    Here's some pics:

Some engine de bling -original cambelt cover fitted,2 geniune radiator hoses, turbo to airbox boost hose, airbox, removed coldside aftermarket dump valve, original fuel rail and uprated 4 bar fuel pressure regulator fitted,Ford headertank and pas tanks.(please note these 2 tanks are my spares so yes I know the h/tank has a black cap and the pas tank is an early 2wd sapp, just a temporary measure until my new tanks arrive)
Other bling removed recently rocker cover centre cover, oil cap,top strut nut covers, brake resovoir cover and cap,wing/strut covers and blue fancy fuel rail and reg.
Next up is to try and source a turbo heatsheild, change the strut brace,2 original intercooler boost hoses and 2 original headertank hoses required.

    Here's a few pics:

    Thanks.Lee.

Nick, yes Dave and myself went to Dover to view the car 3 weeks ago,the guy who used to own it is Andy Bowsie.Yes it was everywhere on the concourse scene until 2007 when it won the gold cup,not sure which class though,it hasn't been used or shown since,Andy owned the car for 11 yrs.

                Thanks.Lee.
