Focus RS Dust Seal Problem

Hope someone can help me on this...

I've got a set of Focus RS Brembo calipers that needed dust seals. I've purchased a set of Genuine Brembo dust covers off Graham Carparts Express but on fitting them, they seem to be too small.

Part No on Seals:- (supplied by Graham)

Smaller is 20.4782.44
Larger is 20.4782.46

Part No on Seals:- (that come out of calipers i have)

Smaller is 20.4782.45
Larger is 20.4782.47

Did they do two types of calipers as i've put discs & pads on & they all seem fine in size etc...

Has anyone had this problem before?

I have a brand new complete focus rs caliper in my hand paul..... the numbers on the seals are the .44 and .46 as in the kit I supplied..... I think the calipers you have are NOT focus rs ones....there are a few 'simaler' calipers used on various cars....fiat turbos, seat cupras etc.... i think this is what your calipers are off.

Seems strange when it's actually a Focus RS that he owns, so you would assume the calipers are correct from factory

Maybe.... I had just read it like he had a spare pair of calipers that he had bought...i my be wrong though.

theyre a spare pair of borrowed calipers which were said 90% are FRS but now looks like theyre not

Graham, i think i've sorted it mate.

Just need to find one seal now
