i got sick and fookin tired of telling the chocolate spiders on a certain performance ford website that the easy way is to drive slowly on the locking wheelnut turning the wheel from side to side to put pressure on the back of the wheel and the nut,if yer really want to be safe just put another nut in a few turns loose so the wheel can't come off,it works like a charm and much better and safer than them turkeys wanting to drill out or weld onto or ruin a socket smacking it over and my way you can reuse the locking nut.
