building a new cosworth engine at the moment, some nice internals like ARROW crank, 136,5mm Rods, linered, long studs, oil spays, fully ported head, bigger valves...all that s***

i need a perfect flow tubular manifold, where to get?

and i donīt know what turbo going for?! Garrett Gt or Borg Warner EFR8374?!?!

Which Spec of Turbocharger? 0.82 0.95 1.05? internally gated? external?

need some advice...SPECIALISTS please help

This is the manifold you need, Cost is nearly Ģ3000 coated and in inconel,

The Borg warner is the best turbo but hard to buy at the moment.

You want to speak with Mark Shead he will point you in the right direction. As for manifold try primary designs and ask about the twin scroll manifolds they do. I think I'm going down the same route as you with the 8374, I keep meaning to ring Mark and have a chat

T4 flange exturnal gate so far is my first choice but hoping to test the internal gated one as soon as we can get a kit.
