  • spot on with fuel economy

My daily runner was a pug 106 diesel and for a hack it was spot on but the head gasket went on it so i had to bin it,that was last year and ever since ive been using my mums rover she's dug me out of the sh!t with using it but with the weather being as good as it has ive been out in my escort
Last week i took it up to whitby and stayed over friday night and back again and since have still been on the same tank of petrol and all i can say is im impressed for sure

i used to love buying and selling 106 diesels and to a certain extent saxo diesels and even ax's before them, they just didn't go wrong as long as they are basically serviced they treat you with comfort and around 65mpg on a run, them older small diesels are so much better than the newer churned out crap .
