Its pretty easy:-
All you need to do is a couple clips down side of consul each side in footwells, and remove radio and CD player and you will see couple screws then remove the electric windows and boot button and should be couple in there.
Pop or screw off the knob, suit u sir! and then whole thing will come off!
looking inside you will see a plastic sleeve with shit loads staples in pop that out and then the gator will probably disintigrate as you pull it! (they are load shite) remove all old staples and snip cable tie from round top.
then put new one in- try not make it 2 baggy but have enough material there to get it in 2nd and 4th.
u can set it and keep trying it as u go.
place plastic sleeve on inside- ensure that its how u want it and staple away- bang plenty in and use heavy duty staple gun! also bang in a new cable tie around top of gator.

Stinky get some pics up...........i need to do mine
It is quite easy to get the gaiter too tight though, so just be a bit careful. Especially if it's an aftermarket one, because they don't give you much spare to play with.
