What to change to try and get my brakes back to health? I have 6piston ap`s on my EsCos and i recently lost my feel in the pedal so since then i have changed pads DS2500 discs for genuin ap jobs and bled them several times but they are still not right i have had a few people bleed them aswell to see if im doing it right and they do it they feel alright after being bled then after i while they just stop working properly. Im not saying they dont work they just dont feel as good as they used to and they used to be the best thing about the car. could something not be working properly? I have no idea how the brakes work. any help would be appreciated.

have you completly changed the fluid, may have gone off.

Yeh changed it loads dave. they just dont feel like they used to. just guna start changing bits one by one i think after ford fair cos they still work alright.

What fluid ? High performance brakes deserve top notch fluid

Check for any fluid loss anywhere.

could be weeping somewhere.

Also the seals in the brake servo/master cylinder unit can fail so maybe this is the start of that.
