Cosworth boot badge

I have a doubt with the rear cosworth boot badge. The genuine for the big turbo is the chrome version or the grey brushed version?

its the chrome version.

pretty sure the brushes badge was off the saff 2wd cosworth models.

I alwasy thought the escos had the matt finish cosworth badge and not the chrome one, thats the badge Ford used to supply when you asked for an escos one?

that would go with the other chrome badges then.

what were the matt badges fitted to then, dont recall noticing any of them?

Matt badges were saff I think. Bt badges deffo chrome you can still get them on eBay from time to time, if you go to ford you get the dull silver one.

lads........ forget what ford sell now as they supply what they want you to have like the rear lamps,if you go to quicko and buy a new ford lamp and its a uk one its not the correct part as it should be german ford. same with badges just because they supply one does not mean it was the exact same as what was fitted new. i have had gen ford fuel filtes that one year are motorcraft and the next were bosch in a motorcraft box. thats ford for you
