4x4 speedo drive is it sealed with a o ring (the bolt on cover part )

as title or is polyurethane sealer good enough ?

And do i need to grease or oil the bearing on the x shaft or is that done by the oil in the diff ?

I dont have speedo drive on mine as i use an AIM dash, just left with nothing in it no oil leaks out

No wire yes? But you have the lid and drive inside?
