Does anyone else get as frustrated?

I get up for work ever morning 6-6:15am. And every morning when the alarm goes of I feel I could turn over and go back to sleep for another 2 hours.

Comes weekend and I've no alarm on. I wake up naturally at 6:40 today and I can't get back to bloody sleep. Does my tits in!!!

Sod it I'll get up and take dogs for a walk

I'm also the very same guys, always plan on getting a real good ly in but like you's as soon as I wake I just feel I have to get up.

This past few months have been worse though as I get on average about 3-4 hours sleep a day, not quite enough really, yesterday I got 3.5 hours but last night was actually quite good, a full 5.5 hours yipee

Every few weeks it does all catch up one me, a few Sundays ago I slept almost 15 hours in one day, then when I got up I actually felt worse than sleeping 3 hours lol

            Bloody nightmare

Same here too, although I don't mind getting up early during the weekends. Makes me enjoy all the time off work, rather than sleeping through the weekend, only for Monday to come around again too soon.

I'm always up between 6 and 7am most at the weekend, have never been able to lie in. Once I'm awake I'm awake, still nothing better than washing the cars on a lovely morning at 7am

Well, I'm up in the week at 4am for work and the same at weekends, so I force myself to stay in bed. Even if it's only for an extra hour or so!

I'm up at 5:45am Mon-Sat, and then on Sunday if I ever sleep past 8am I get depressed about wasting the best part of the day. And that's after looking forward to a lie in all week
