  • Rear boot trim removal

Going to take my rear bumper off today, I went to take the little bit of plastic trim off, removed the 2 little pop out clips, tried pulling it off but it seems hard to get, am I missing a clip
Just didn't want to pull hard at it and risk snapping something.

    Any help would be great

What bit of trim do you mean Ian ? If its the bumper itself mate theres 2 torx head bolts under the carpet in the boot.

The little piece if trim where the boot latch is Pat, or do I not even need to remove that?

its held in with the 2 plugs and then pull it off they can be very hard to get off if theyve never been removed before,as there is 2 long clips as well which can easily snap

I wouldnt take it off m8 unless u need to, plastic clips tend to either break or go out of shape quite easily, if theres no rot on the lip of the bootlid there will be none in around the latch..

As Nick says, be careful, they're quite fragile
