Once the fog lamp is out you can get at the horn easily frank.

PS you can kill two birds with one stone here by putting some grills in at the same time

                      Thanks guys,
Horns are still there and wires are connected.
I'm going to have to jack the car up when its a bit warmer.
Ive heard the horn relay working and fuse F20 is good so there must be a problem from the relay to the horn .They both stopped working at once and were not giving any trouble. So I dont think the horns have lost the earths as they both have individual earths being directly bolted to the body.

You might have to change the supply wires. I had to do mine as the end connections had virtually come off.

Good point, I cant get at them properly atm but they feel like spades and are still connected. As I said its pitch black and -3 deg C outsideso a job for another day.

may need to check steering wheel as it could be that end as see you have a aftermarket wheel

Thanks Georgie, but pressing the horn activates the relay fine so I suspect power isnt getting from the relay to the horns.
Now I know the location of the horns i can get my fluke out and do some testing.
