Some good, some bad!

As its this time of year and the job I'm in I don't get time off except Xmas Day and New Years Day. No drinking for me over the festive season as per usual, can't risk it, what with The Plod and the Devil themselves, VOSA!
That was the bad news.
The good news……
I had a pay rise and it goes back to January and I get it all on Thursday!!! And it ain't a small amount, so will treat myself this year!!

I'm similar actually, I just got a pay rise although it only gets back paid from the start of October ut should still get a nice few squid on Thursday.

Only thing that's pissing me off is that my bro is home from Basrah and staying in mine on Xmas and Boxing Day. He's getting sloshed and I'm not!! :-( and he thinks it's funny!!!
