removing stereo amp??

how the hell do you get the top screw out? need to get the carpet out and its in the way. ican feel the screw but cant get past the heater pipe.....

its been a long time since i did one but im sure you just remove the bracket complete with amp? cant remember it being an awkward job

Yep, you're spot on Nick, you remove the bracket with the amp still mounted to it. Did this on my big turbo car.

My amp and bracket are loose and seem to be attached at the top of the amp but access is a nightmare, any tips Gents? Any help much appreciated.

Managed to get off, I never realised I was a contortionist 😄
