  • Tech Question - Power steering problem

    Hi Guys,

Just had my Cosworth serviced today at a local Sheffield Ford dealer.
They have informed that my power steering pump is leaking pretty bad, but because my car is so old they can't obtain the correct genuine Ford parts!
Does anyone know where i can obtain a NEW genuine Ford part?
If not, has anyone else had a similar problem?
Also does anyone know if this is a MOT failure?

    Cheers
    Nigel

just contact one of the many cosworth breakers, al lof the pumps are the same 2wd and 4x4

paul NYRS spares will have one one the shelf and will guarantee that it works
from my experience them leaking is not common..
