Don't get hung up on ex concours as it doesn't mean a great deal, it might as well say ex mint.

My car is ex concours, as in I used to show it in concours class. I no longer show it and haven't cleaned the underside since 2009, the tca's, hubs & rack are covered in rusty bits but it can still be classed as ex concours!

A 20k car will always be a 20k car, the engine bay is easy to clean up with minimal outlay, just time.

I looked into buying this one a few weeks ago . I was told it was an import plus the seller is a cockhead buy all accounts there was other problems ( for me anyway ) that put me off the car so I decided to leave it alone !

Thing is iv never even been in one but i just love the look of them and im not looking for a money pit on cars thats had to many mods on it, if i see the right car at the right money thats when i'll go for it, i do think some prices people put on there cars are a bit unrealistic but thats just my opinion, at the end of the day its only worth what someones willing to pay for it.

I paid £8500 L reg big turbo in mallard green standard apart from 18 wheels for mine I reckon I need to spend about a grand on it
                                To sort abs issues
Mot and tax it as been stood up for a while
Get it tunned and set up
Some small bits of tidying up etc

But I new it was bottom of the barrel at that money but I am more than happy I think I got a bargain
I have always wanted one and if I love it as much as I think I will buy a better one one day but I looked at it as if it was bad I could break it for around 8k

                                Cheers tony
