Blue and yellow wire

Hi can anybody tell me I have a blue and yellow wire with a spade connector on the end with a white cover down by the fuse box . What is it ? And where should it connect to?. If not has anybody got a big turbo wiring diagram

Sorry got the cover wrong it's black ...... The 1 in the first pic is the wire in question then a have another wire in 2nd pic with the same connection as what's on the back of the speedo clocks. But I don't reach to there and there already plug in
