You must make sure you don't lose the centre location on the rim with spacers that are too thick
For proper hubcentric spacers I think the minimum is 20mm
assuming you are sticking with the same size centre bore then its like jacko says, you need at least 15mm maybe 20mm [i cant remember ] to have them hubcentric
the spacer has to extend beyond your orig hub spigot before you can have the same size spigot on the spacer if you get what i mean
you can do peugeot ones and any other wheel that uses a bigger diam spigot . you can make them any thickness you want as they will slide over your existing spigot, but if you are using the same size then its impossible

This is exactly right Nick
You deffo don't want to use more than 5mm on the hubs as they are either, so just try what I suggested , I'm sure this will be OK
I have some 20mm hubcentrics here if you need them but think it will be far too wide for your car
I've bought 12mm's and I'm gonna use the 7mm you (Dave) gave me on the rear .
If I swap fronts to rears as suggested, ill have to swap the tyre pressure sensors over.
Yeah they did Paul , but my tyres are a little close to the shock at the moment. If I get a little room Dave said I can drop the front down another 20mm or so.
