Anyone per-ordered this or thinking of it? I was, until I found out the money comes out the bank straight away and knowing my luck the launch date will be getting put back as per!

In the past ive always bought the new playstation but dont know this time ? is it Not going to be backward compatable and arnt Sony thinking of doing the same as Microsoft with the xbox720 as in tying games to consoles to stop the 2nd hand market!

No idea, but it does and sound bloody good. May have to wait 6 months after the launch before I get one

can just see it as a multimedia system again like the ps3

but you can share videos quicker, graphics will be a bit better and it will be a little faster but doubt it will be worth the money

PS4 will not be able to play PS3 games.

Ive heard rumors that the games will be download only but cant see how this will work as a blu ray disc can store the foloowing amounts 25 GB (single-layer) 50 GB (dual-layer) 100/128 GB (BDXL)

So if the PS4 ships with 1TB of HDD space then installing the games will soon fill up the HDD.

I hate downloading from itunes i prefer going to the shop and buying something and actualy having something to hold for my money.

Also if 2nd hand games wont play on the PS4 i doubt i will buy one as 95% of my games are second hand. I mean black ops 2 was £49.99 at launch and most people have said its pants well to me thats 50 quid you.ve wasted. unlike buying it on ebay for a score.

ill buy one I think, amazon pre orders don't take the money until its despatched so maybe wait and order it from there,

go on youtube and checkout killzone 4 it looks mental.
