  • Cheap front brake upgrade?

Anyone know of a decent upgrade to the front of a Escos without going nuts on the wallet?

Found some 4 pot calipers with 330mm discs that will go straight on.

    Anything else?

I fitted BMW 728i brembo callipers and focus rs 330 mm discs, and you can get the brackets off eBay for the callipers . All in cost me 250
New project on !! Another Cosworth coming soon!!

Are they the same 4 pots you find on the 840i?

Do you have a link to the brackets bud.

Did you have to upgrade the master cylinder? I bought the 840i brembos for my M3 and was told the master cylinder might need upgrading?

Any photos of the kit fitted?

Just emailed him. Thanks for the heads up. Looks perfect for what I want

Anyone got a photo of what a 330mm disc and 4 pot looks like behind a rondell/engel or just on a Escos with a 18" wheel?

Is that the 728i 4 pots?

Hardest bit to find at the moment is the brackets to fit a 4 pot to the 4x4 hub. Dont really want to start changing hubs to 2wd etc?

With an RL7 8x18, but with FRS Brembo's and 325mm x 30mm rotors. Don't look small really, brake really well and cheap as chips!

Cheers bud, looks better than the standard setup and more importantly... Will have BREMBO behind the wheels

Yup, rotors are cheap enough to replace too. Reyland do them for £200 a set Plus the Brembo's are readily available off Focus RS's and Fiat Coupe's and the rebuild kits are cheap as chips. Nice little upgrade

I've seen them under 16" wheels on RS Turbo's, so I'd assume so with the right bracket. Doesn't Luke have them on his Fiesta with 15" wheels????
