The standard idle valve is not an ALS valve, however it can be used as one as all you need is an air bypass of the throttle body, a proper ALS valve is a heavily modified idle valve with a top had style plunger and a modified throttle body which will give you proper ALS
I have a spare remote 12mm bosch bypass calve i want to use instead of my iscv so i could possibly use my std iscv so i can jave a decent cold start again

Ah ok, I'm not sure where you will find one we did used to make them ourselves but there is so much work involved we don't anymore as we only have a hand lathe no cnc!

Is this possible...!
Yes but not on webber as it won't control an idle map and an ALS map
I run a 25mm bypass valve for ALS and have idle as I'm on t6 2000
