What Oil for Diffs and Gearbox?

Think its about time i changed mine.

75/90 gear oil [synthetic] front and rear diffs
ATF in transfer box
specific MT75 gear oil for box
1 ltr of each in diffs
0'5 ltr in transfer box
1.2 ltr in gear box

MILLERS NT GEAR OIL IS VERY GOOD
YOU CAN ALSO USE A SYNTHETIC ATF IN TRANSFER BOX TOO

I thought it was ATF in both Transfer and Box..

I used MT75 fluid from Morris Lubricants in both the transfer box and the gear box. They were what Ford used originally.

Pretty sure I just used ATF in my box when I changed the fluid, just made sure it was dextron 3.
