General Question - Anyone live in Durham?

Long shot guys but trying to buy a mtb frame off a guy living in Durham.
He can't post it as he has no PayPal but can put it in a bike box.
Wondering if anyone was local could collect it then send via parcel force Etc?
Would obviously pay for your time etc and the guy can drive to meet etc.
