Are R and D Diffs really so hard to get??

Just wondering if R and D diffs are really so hard to get... or its me ??

Everytime i write MT-Motorsport or Bara they sold it one or two days ago

I believe they are now over £4500 new...

Yes i have a brand new item but it was purchased from barra a while back.
