Window switch

Hi guys, i am having trouble with my windows going back up. the passenger one goes down and goes back up when it feels like it. this has been on my things to do list and i just keep that window up as its quite a way down my list Now my drivers side has decided to play the same tune. Do you think its just the switch or something more serious?

Mine did this when I first bought it.

You need to change the switch in the centre consule. Sorted mine out a treat.

Thanks again Paul, just found one on e-bay and its only a 6 pin one but listed as escort cosworth
Just took mine out and its 7 pin
I,m thinking how many pins do you really need for a 2 way switch??
The big question ; will a 6 pin work or not ??

Mondeo mk1 and 2 pass door are the same, also just strip the switch down and use sandpaper to remove the black carbon deposits from the contact points

Yeah this is what I did, just have to de-solder the led inside then un clip it apart.
