Any Ford Employees Help Me

My brother bought Finis 1554438 before Christmas in Kent but failed relationship bought him back up to the midlands.
He's finnally opened the kit for his 2010 Fiesta and found instead of a left and right bracket there was 2 left's so the kit is no good. He's hunted for the reciept but no joy, must have got lost in the move back from Kent.
Called and showed the bracket to my local dealer and was told only available in the kit and he needs to buy another kit £225
Can anyone see if they can get me the right(o/s) bracket and are willing to swap for a N/S bracket and maybe send a kit back as faulty.

It must be some wrong in that kit from Ford, you can only by this as a kit as i look at it now

Buy another then take the first one back with receipt. You'll be entitled to a refund as the goods will be faulty and you are not waiting for it to be rectified.

Could you not buy a new kit and return it with the wrong bracket as you suggested in your first post?
