Water Injection Bag

Im off to see a BT early car on saturday and i was wondering did all the BT cars come with the water injection bag and if so where should i find it?

Not all had them fitted

They were in the boot, the pumps for the w/I are under the back seat

First 500 for homologation purposes I thought? I have the water injection set up off an early bt without the bag, I think it's just there to look good more than anything as it's just a few windscreen washer jet pumps! A bit like ford did when they put dummy wireing to the extra 4 injectors on the rs500.

The first 490 (ish) left the factory without any water injection equipment fitted, I'm not sure of the exact number that left with the W/I gear fitted but its around 2000/2500

You can tell if the car should have the W/I gear, when standing at the front of the car with bonnet open put your hand in the engine bay and feel the right hand side of the intercooler outlet pipe, there should be a blanking plug in the outlet. This is for the W/I pipe

Myne has the pumps and pipework but guess the bag has been lost over the years!

Yeah standard engine wise, only mods air filter and ss exhaust
