Probably has some rediculous reserve, and he's trying his luck, and i don't suspect it will sell. i maybe in the market for something like this, but its white which is annoying, not sure id be happy with cloth interior either, picky i suppose, but not for me. I personally wouldn't touch the underside, if that's how it left the factory then that's how it should be for me, I think id be a bit suspicious of anything with that mileage that had been restored.
