Exactly as Nick has said in ref to the rear armrest, if you gently push the seating back slightly on the sections next to the armrest then you should be able to see a pair of countersunk allen Key screws that wind thru the hinge and into the armrest itself, if they become loose and wind out a couple of mm then they hit the hinges and stop it from raising

mine is converted to BT and it was done with the normal BT management and chip upgrade.
