You havent seen my bonnet to the rest of the car,its more grey than black haha.

hehe is many diferent Black yes... but not sure if this is the base Tiefschwarz color(ral 9005)... I have that on my escos but thats just because its a clean color.... so its the same in all systems...


quick search I found 2 different shades of that in 1 series of colorsystem... standar and more yellow... and its not a basecolor...

not if you use it in "truckseries", but if in waterbase then it need a top laquer

mine was painted in glasurit 68 series, and PPG delfleet

Gonna be 2k and laquered, to be honest i bought a can of "Ford gloss black" spray from halfords and it was spot on.
Will have ask the paint suppliers i guess

2 pack black base coat then 2 pack laquer,thats the way isnt it?

The ford solid black that's used on the 3 doors and saffs is just straight ready mixed black so only 1 shade

Your car is just straight black which is as above ready mixed with no added tinters and there is only 1 shade

if it is the A that is Code there is 2 diffrent shades...

but standar is straight out of box yes...

if painted in 2k series Paint you dont need the 2k Clear over since the 2k is a topcoatcolor.
