Been 3 months for me and ive sent him and the actual carbon creations guy texts but had no reply.
Will get it in the end im sure lol.

I had ordered some carbon bits (from Rapid Ford) back in January right after I bought the car, and they took around 3 months to arrive. All of it was waiting on the supplier, as I had been in contact w/ Rapid Ford over the course. Once the supplier had it made and boxed up, it took less than a week for it to actually ship across the pond.

Just had a nice catchup with Mike, he's very busy with work but said he replies to every email he's sent....(it may take a day or two to reply) So for the the people who haven't had correspondence, email him again.

As always creative carbon make the parts and they are very very busy every email Mike forwards to Marcus himself.... So simply you are all in a queue you will get your parts... I myself waited a long time for mine also but simply they are worth the wait. So you either wait and get a good product or look elsewhere and take the roulette.... But Mike assures me you will all get your parts just be patient noone is being robbed...

6 months ago i bought a cabon exhaust surround bij R&B i have done the payement and i am stil waiting for my part already have done several mails but never get answer so i think mony lost and no part

14 months wait is a joke why don't they expand so they can make parts quicker ?

I think the thing is they do alot of contract work to big teams like wrc etc (because they're work is so good) so the stuff like ours is kinda a side line so like any business you have to do what makes you the most money first to pay the bills in order to do other things also...

I agree waiting is frustrating but Mike did say it's out of his hands if you don't want to wait your welcome to take the roulette and go elsewhere but he can't force them to make the parts...

From the way I see it carbon is quite specialist and they're isn't that many companies left in the country these days due to the time and expense it takes to make good quality parts... So I do understand myself why there's a wait.

Only carbon part I ever ordered from Mike was a cambelt cover and it took about a month or a month a half.

As to my humble opinion of Mike let me tell you the story of my very first order from him.

At the time the order was a set of leda springs a magnetti marelli group.A coil and a can of silkolene oil. The package arrived shortly after the order was made and to my surprise when I opened it, inside was the coil, the oil and just one of the set of 4 leda springs. Contacted Mike immediately and told him what I had received. He kindly asked if I could take some photos of the package and send them to him, wich I did. It was then seen by Mike that while still in the Uk the package had incidently or not been opened and resealed. No more questions were asked and a few days later I was receiving the missing items.

This was the way he dealt with a guy who was ordering first time with him and who lives in a country 1200 miles away.

So, I can only say this is a top bloke in my book.
