Tech Article - How to check map sensor

I was just cleaning my loom and knocked my 3 bar map sensor off my tool box and snapped the nipple I have a spare, but is there any checks with a multi metre I can do to see if its working?

What's more gutting I gave scs my loom and all sensors when I got my engine mapped so I knew when I put the engine back in it would be perfect, then I go and do that
