Bit crap really, found out yesterday I have to work 12 hr shifts from the 24th all the way to the 30th

Anyone else having to make their own Christmas at a later date?

Nope its not very nice - North Africa. So no pigs in blankets here or Christmas festivities! Also on a dry contract so no sherry on crimbo day.

Yup my shifts fell bad this year! 14 days off now, go back and got to do 24th/25th days, also got to do New Year's Day.

My last day is Monday, and then I'm not back until Monday 6th Jan. That's the longest I've had off over Xmas for a long time. It's been a very busy last 6 months at work, so I'm looking forward to properly relaxing

Finished Friday and back on 2nd. Been a long time since I've had Xmas or New Year off, had to book it 18 MONTHS ago just to make sure!!Been shopping in town with kids (not kids anymore lol) and watched LFC in O'Neils' bar earlier!!!
So making the most of my time off......working on the Escos lol
