what is spec r parts worth nowdays second hand, header tank etc

as i have a few shiney bits on my engine im wondering what they will fetch 2nd hand, ive got a header tank, cone filter, strutbrace, rocker cover, cambelt cover etc stuff like that, any help pricing would be great
