  • well the running machine works as im like forest gump now!

    well ive now been running everyday in my garage looking at my cosworth for the last 3 weeks & im now doing 3miles a day & burning 420 cals & in 3 weeks ive lost 8.5pounds so im hoping in the summer the cosworth will go quicker as im lighter whoop whoop!

                I would hate to have to exercise, even the thought of going to a gym kills me

                Lucky I can pretty much eat what I want and I'm still 10 stone, not fit though

                      Same as me, been told it would catch up with me for the last 15 years, still weighing in at 9.5 stone and haven't changed since I was 16

                              I've been lucky always been about 11 stone/ just over 6ft.
                              Always eaten what I want, I'm not fit at all tho and need to start some form of exercise really.
                              Now I'm 30 I think things will start catching up with me if I continue my diet.
