I think the holes in the Sierra flange are slighltly smaller at the turbo end and need run through with a drill

same shit. the escos is a Sierra shortened aprox 5cm in floor front of backseats, and the bulkhead(? not sure if correct) is Sierra, With some changes on top under front windshield.

The 3 holes in the flange that bolts it to the turbo but the pipe is the same
