Just recieved news that a friend of mine has been in a motor bike accident that has taken his life.

I know we all like big powerful cars, motorbikes etc. But please go careful. I didnt know him too well but its still makes you think.

sorry to hear this mate,but y does everyone say ban bikes when the hear of an accident.dont get me wrong i agree there more dangerous than other transport,but when i got my bike i was told.the throttle works both ways.

yeah very true, maybe not ban but certainly make it harder for people to get them. a 23 year old lad on a bike capable of 180 plus and 0-60 in what.... 2.5 s-3 seconds?? Far too many ppl are hurt on them but they still make them easy to get hold of.

I guess its all down to the driver, sadly.

brings home the reality that no one is indestructable. I had a close friend killed on a bike, he was only doing 20mph but as no protection died.
