Google Adword?

Any of you guys use it and manage your own accounts? if so please post up, would like some advice on how you get on and if getting someone to manage these accounts is really worth it?

i know our company uses them, not cheap but it has increased hits to our site, but with a name like "printing.com" it sits roughly at the top of search engines anyway.

yes that is a good name, and your not wrong about being expensive lol. I have just made changes to ours, too tierd to do anymore now tho lol.
