morette headlight bulbs

Hello chaps

I've bought some morette lights and the inner lights are both removed can some tell the light set up.. I suppose I need some different bulbs so I i can have side dipped and full beam for mot .can some one tell what's the best thing to do where can I get the bulbs from.

The outer bulbs are H4 the inner bulbs are H1 i have only the outer lights and mine have side dipped and main all in the one light. HID bulbs as well.

i bought them from ebay in china quite a while ago just google H4 and H1 lots of pics come up.
