This Cosworth has the SABTVR VIN which indicates the car has been kit built from new and states on the specials notes on logbook

Could have been built from a new shell or could be stolen recovered but I doubt it'd be on a P plate if it were S/R

That number rings a bell, I'm pretty sure I've got a pic of that car at home, smashed up. think it was Aubergine or Ash black though

rather than guessing what the crack is i think its safer to say its not a production factory car that was sold from a ford main agents,it could be this or that with a sabtvro vin but its not a normal ford dealer sold car

Had a 3 door like this years ago, the reason was it was stolen and recovered and they couldn't prove it was all original parts still on the car! So it got a SAB vin number!
